Francesco Molica is regional policy and institutional communication expert with over ten years of experience in both areas. He is currently Regional Policy Director at the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) where he is responsible for advocacy and policy analysis activities in the area of cohesion policy. Previously, he worked for the Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission where he oversaw the communication of various operation programmes. Prior to joining the European Commission, he held an advisory position within the managing authority of an ERDF operational programme (Calabria, IT). Francesco holds MA degrees in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Rome La Sapienza and in Communication from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
